Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period
You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
- In perfect condition, with no signs of use
- In original packaging
- With all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by the receipt/invoice
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Personal hygiene items
- Perishable products
- Digital downloads
How to Request a Return
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the product according to the instructions received
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product sent by us
- Product damaged during shipping
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5 business days
- Amount will be credited to the same payment method used for purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation of the refund
Exchanges
For exchanges due to size, color, or different model:
- Follow the same return process
- Specify which product you want to receive
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as necessary
